Kendra Randall Jolivet, Partner and Co-founder of Randall & Sonnier, LLC
Graduated from Towson State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration in 1990 and received her Juris Doctor from University of Baltimore School of Law in 1993.
Ms. Jolivet has had success in many areas of the law, including products liability, discrimination, and personal injury litigation. She garnered a 2.4 million dollar verdict in one of her many civil trials. Ms. Jolivet’s practice areas include Family Law, Juvenile Law, Entertainment and General Civil Litigation.

Yolanda F. Sonnier, Partner and Co-founder of Randall & Sonnier, LLC
A 1994 graduate cum laude from Norfolk State University with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. She continued her education at the University of Baltimore School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1997. After law school, Ms. Sonnier held a Clerkship position for the Honorable Marcella A. Holland. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1998.
Prior to co-founding Randall & Sonnier, LLC, Ms. Sonnier was a solo practitioner as she owned and operated the Law Office of Yolanda F. Sonnier, LLC. Her primary practice areas are Family & Juvenile Law, Personal Injury, Wills & General Civil Litigation.

Lori Branch
Lori Branch is a 2004 graduate from The University of Virginia where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in art history. She continued her education at The University of Baltimore School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2007. Following law school, Ms. Branch held a judicial clerkship position in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City for the Honorable Barry G. Williams. Ms. Branch was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2007.
Ms. Branch has obtained and received recognition during her scholastic and professional career. At The University of Virginia, Ms. Branch received recognition for being named on the Dean’s List for her scholastic achievement. At The University of Baltimore School of Law, Ms. Branch was named Vice President to the Moot Court Board and competed regionally in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court competition. Ms. Branch was also recognized for her achievements as a student attorney in The University of Baltimore Family Law Clinic.

Erica I. LeMon
Erica I. LeMon graduated from the West Virginia University in 1991 where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Ms. LeMon received her Juris Doctor degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, in 1995 and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1996.
Ms. LeMon has obtained and received recognition during her scholastic and professional career. During law school Ms. LeMon was named to the Moot Court Board and received a W.E.B. Dubois Fellow for her scholastic achievement. As a practicing attorney, Ms. LeMon has been recognized by her peers as an outstanding attorney.
She has testified in front of the Maryland Senate and House Judiciary Committees and the Judiciary Rules Committee. Ms. LeMon has assisted with amendments to the Maryland Statute in Courts and Judicial Proceedings, the Family Law Statute and Maryland Rules relating to CINA, and related Guardianship and Adoption matters.

Graduated from Pennsylvania State University where she obtained a degree in biotechnology. Ms. Powell later received her Juris Doctor from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law in 2007. While in law school, Morgan worked as a law clerk handling health insurance subrogation and surety bond recovery work. Ms. Powell was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2007.
Ms. Powell's practice areas are in special education law, family law and juvenile/child advocacy. Morgan Powell has a professional interest in education and health related law, and is an advocate for children's rights. Currently, Ms. Powell serves as a parent surrogate for the Anne Arundel County Public Schools.

Nickola N. Sybblis
A graduate from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Relations and a minor in Political Science. Ms. Sybblis furthered her education and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland in 2007 and was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in December 2007.

Joshua Lemerman
Graduated in 2004 with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Social Thought & Analysis. Mr. Lemerman continued his education at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2007. Following law school, Mr. Lemerman held a judicial clerkship position in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City with the Honorable Master Theresa A. Furnari. Mr. Lemerman was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2007.
Mr. Lemerman is active in the Bar Association of Baltimore City, currently serving as Secretary and Public Education Committee chair of its Young Lawyers’ Division. He was recipient of the Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the Bar Association of Baltimore City in 2009. Mr. Lemerman was selected to Maryland Rising Stars 2010 by Super Lawyers magazine in the area of Family Law.
